Maria Kutcher began recruiting financial advisors in 1990, giving her more than 35 years of placement experience across four decades of industry change. From PaineWebber in the early 1990s through UBS and RBC, and now with Club Level Consulting, she has guided thousands of advisors and leaders across every channel: wirehouses, regional B/Ds, RIAs, boutiques, and private banks.
Her recruiting expertise is grounded in hands-on experience in practice management, consulting, and field leadership. As a former advisor, branch/complex manager, and RIA founder, Maria has faced the very decisions you're weighing today. That perspective gives her a rare ability to look beyond firm brochures and see the cultural realities, platform nuances, and transition risks that ultimately determine whether a move works in your favor.
