FAQ - Asked before every engagement

Nothing. There are no fees to the advisor. Because we’re contracted with hundreds of firms rather than retained by any single one, we earn a referral fee from the firm when a placement succeeds — and our advice stays objective in the meantime.


Absolutely.   All communication moves to your personal email and cell — off LinkedIn, off your firm’s systems — from the very first conversation. 


Firms typically need 4–6 weeks to prepare an advisor for day one. Proper due diligence, done at your pace, usually runs 3–12 months. The timeline is yours; our job is to make sure none of it is wasted.
