Why I Founded Club Level Consulting
I've spent almost 40 years in this industry helping advisors grow, move, and build their practices. And I kept seeing the same pattern: advisors spend far more time working in their business than working on it while everything around the business keeps evolving.
From changes in payouts, equity structures, and transition deals to independence, technology, M&A, and succession, advisors face more choices than ever about where and how they want to build the next chapter of their business.
And they often face a distinct disadvantage: the firms, platforms, and buyers across the table navigate these decisions every day. Most advisors may do it only once or twice in a career.
Keeping pace with this landscape is a full-time job. It became mine.
