Firms typically need at least 4-6 weeks to prepare an advisor for day one. However, depending on the advisors preferred timeline, going through proper due diligence can take 3-12 months.
There are no fees at all to the advisor. Since we are contracted with over 50 firms, we earn a referral fee from the firm when an advisor is successfully placed at their firm.
Absolutely. We will communicated solely through your personal email and cell, taking all conversations off of LinkedIn and your firm's email system.
