From changes in payouts, equity structures, and transition deals, to branding, technology, and control over their own business, many advisors feel overwhelmed by the choices they face on the way to a better place.
Meanwhile, every advisor weighing a move faces the same disadvantage: the people across the table negotiate transitions every week. Most advisors have done it maybe twice in a career.
Keeping pace with this landscape is a full-time job. It became mine. I built Club Level Consulting to put that knowledge on the advisor's side of the table.
