Meet Our Founder
Maria Kutscher, CFP®, CFA®, CPWA®, CEPA®
Maria Kutscher brings almost 40 years of financial services experience to Club Level Consulting, with a career spanning advisor recruiting, wealth management, field leadership, and RIA ownership.
Having worked as a recruiter, financial advisor, branch and complex manager, and RIA founder, Maria has experienced the industry from multiple sides of the table. That perspective allows her to look beyond headline economics and help advisors evaluate the financial, cultural, operational, and personal considerations that ultimately determine whether a decision is the right one.
She founded Club Level Consulting to give advisors an experienced advocate when navigating the decisions that can shape the next chapter of their business.
