We help advisors navigate the path to their ideal practice—whether that means transitioning to another wirehouse, joining an independent boutique, or moving to an RIA platform.
There is no cost to advisors for this service. We are compensated by the firms where advisors ultimately choose to go.
Whether you're a few years from retirement or actively growing your business, we have a broad network of potential buyers and sellers—including private equity firms, RIA aggregators, and broker-dealers with competitive book-buying programs.
There is no fee to value, list or sell a book. For buy-side or merger opportunities, our service fee is customized based on the transaction and may be shared between the buyer and seller.
We recruit on behalf of more than 50 firms across the industry—including broker-dealers, boutiques, RIAs, and custodians. Our agreements are contingency-based, meaning we only earn a fee when your firm hires one of our candidates. There is no cost for introductions alone.
To maintain objectivity and ensure the best advisor-to-firm matches, we do not work on a retainer basis.
